American Red Cross Mental Health First Aid
This is a free online Mental Health First Aid Course that can be completed in less than an hour! The course is designed to help anyone impacted by COVID-19 to build resilience and lend support to others during and after this time. Topics, developed with the expertise of the Red Cross Scientific Advisory Council and the Canadian Red Cross, include recognizing stress as well as caring for yourself while supporting your family and coworkers. We encourage you to take advantage of this free course – and share it with others.
These videos are being provided in response to the suspension of our programming during the corona-virus outbreak. These instructors have worked hard to provide these free opportunities to you, at your discretion, for your enjoyment.

Longfellow Tennis Club
Longfellow staff miss you this spring! They strongly recommend parents and kids to check out these drills and games. They also urge players to build their own obstacle course to create fun, homemade Agility Balance and Coordination drills (ABC's).
Mad Science will provide families with FREE DAILY STEM ACTIVITIES to supplement children's current home lessons. Parents can sign up to receive these daily activities via email. These resources are designed with individual grade modifications for grades K-5, DO NOT involve additional screen time, follow DOE curriculum frameworks, and are completely FREE!
Viking Sports Camps
The coaches have created videos of sports drills and games that parents can do with their kids, with a goal to release a new video at least once a week on Tuesday mornings at 9am. We hope this growing collection of videos provides a helpful resource to families during this trying time.
