Rebate Program for Water Saving Devices

New Quarterly Billing & Rate Structure

The Water Department will begin quarterly water billing in January, 2015. The first quarterly water bill will be mailed in January and will cover the period from mid-October and mid-December. The Commissioners have adjusted the rates and billing structure to accommodate the change from biannual billing to quarterly billing. A full description of the new billing and rate structure was mailed with the November, 2014 water bill and can also be read here.

Enhanced Annual Report

At the request of the Finance Commission, the Department created an Enhanced Annual Report to highlight Lincoln's accomplishments and how we compare to surrounding communities.
