Statement of Purpose:
The purpose of the Housing and Built Environment
sub-committee is to evaluate future housing development
in Lincoln that considers a variety of housing
types and densities that complement the existing
stock in the community. The sub-committee will
evaluate types of housing to ensure opportunities
for a wide range of income groups and household
sizes. The sub-committee will also examine the
impacts that any housing development will have
on the demand for municipal services and the associated
costs. |
