Preface:The Planning Board
is charged with making a Comprehensive Long Range
Plan for the Town of Lincoln. Such plans are designed
to provide the basis for guidance, coordination
and accountability to future decision makers regarding
the long term physical development of the community.
The Planning Board, with the input of other Boards
and Commissions, shall appoint a Comprehensive
Long Range Plan Committee (CLRPC) .

Statement of Purpose:
The Comprehensive Long Range Planning
Committee (CLRPC) is charged with preparing the
plan in accordance with state guidelines including
goals and policies, land uses, housing, economic
development, natural and cultural resources, open
space and recreation (including an open space
plan), services and facilities, circulation and
transportation, and an implementation plan to
achieve the objectives of each element. |
