Statement of Purpose:
The purpose of the Services/Facilities and Circulation/Transportation
sub-committee is to evaluate the current level
and scope of town services, infrastructure and
capabilities, and to identify areas where change
or improvement may be needed. Specific areas of
investigation include education, library, COA,
public safety, roads, public works, town buildings,
alternate (non-car) modes of transportation, and
others – within Lincoln and regional contexts.
