Serving Health Information Needs of Everyone (SHINE) is a free Medicare benefits counseling program available to beneficiaries of all ages and people who are new to Medicare due to retirement, unemployment, or disability. State certified counselors provide impartial answers to all your Medicare questions before you retire and well into retirement as insurance needs change.
