Warm-up moving your body and joints through their full range of motion without resistance to the music. Strengthening your muscles with various upper and lower body exercises. Flexibility training to increase joint range of motion. Resistance training to build lean muscle and increase bone density all to the beat of the music! Finish with a 5-minute stretch. Storytimes take place inside in-person on Tuesdays at 10:00am. Join us for a lively story program that combines books, music, and movement. Come prepared to dance! Ages 0-5. No registration necessary.
Storyteller Motoko will tell folktales from Asia, share hands-on origami activities including a towel monkey!
