Flexibility training to increase joint range of motion. Resistance training to build lean muscle and increase bone density all to the beat of the music! Finish with a 5-minute stretch. Storytimes take place inside in-person on Tuesdays at 10:00am. Join us for a lively story program that combines books, music, and movement. Come prepared to dance! Ages 0-5. No registration necessary.
Storyteller Motoko will tell folktales from Asia, share hands-on origami activities including a towel monkey!
