In Order to Obtain a Dog License, You Need:

• A copy of a valid rabies certificate
• A fee of $10 per dog
• A Completed Dog License Renewal Form
• A Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope

In person applications will be processed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Attention All Lincoln Dog Owners!

State Law requires that all dogs in the Commonwealth over six months of age be licensed annually. Dogs must be licensed by
April 1 each year in order to avoid penalty.

2006 Dog License fee: $10.00 per dog. Any person maintaining a kennel shall obtain a kennel license from the Town Clerk commencing on January 1 of each year. The annual fee for kennel licenses is: $25.00 for four dogs; $50.00 for five or more.

A $5.00 late fee will be added to the license fee after April 1. All outstanding/overdue license fees must be paid before a current license can be issued.
