ADULT FITNESS PROGRAMS:
These videos are being provided in response to the suspension of our programming during the corona-virus outbreak. These instructors have worked hard to provide these free opportunities to you, at your discretion, for your enjoyment.
As with all exercise programs, when using exercise videos, you need to use common sense. To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program.
By performing any fitness exercises, you are performing them at your own risk. The Town of Lincoln, and the instructors themselves, will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of these online fitness programs.
Prior to using the program please send a brief email to firstname.lastname@example.org verifying that you have read and understood these instruction.
Thanks for your understanding.
