Human Resources is administered by the Selectmen's Office and the Treasurer's Office. We manage the personnel and benefits functions of the Town as designated below.

Selectmen's Office

  • Formulating and implementing personnel policies
  • Employee relations
  • Support for collective bargaining
  • Wages and salaries administration
  • Recruitment
  • Monitoring workers' compensation
  • Police/Fire medical administration
  • Managing personnel records

Treasurer's Office

  • Benefits administration for Town and School employees and retirees
  • Overseeing unemployment benefits
  • Employment Verification
