The Town of Lincoln seeks proposals from qualified telecommunications providers for a long-term lease of a portion of the Town-owned property located at 169 Lincoln Road, Lincoln, Massachusetts 01773. The property is the site of the Town’s public safety building. The lease with the current telecommunications tenant will expire on December 31, 2022. The Town’s Request for Proposals is attached to this posting. Proposals should be submitted to Timothy S. Higgins, Town Administrator, Town Offices, 16 Lincoln Road, Lincoln, MA 01773, not later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 3, 2022. Submission requirements are specified in the Town’s RFP.

| Proposer must be licensed to provide personal wireless services in Lincoln, Massachusetts, and be technically and operationally capable of performing its duties and obligations as a wireless service provider and using the Premises for such purposes. Proposer should have performed similar projects in Massachusetts and is presently and owner/tenant in good standing in Massachusetts under similar circumstances.
