SAIL class taught via Zoom with instructor Derry Tanner, retired nurse and certified personal trainer for STAY ACTIVE and INDEPENDENT for LIFE (SAIL). The class consists of strength, balance and flexibility exercises to make you stronger and help you feel better. Join Derry Tanner, retired nurse and personal trainer for SAIL class designed for ages 65 plus. Research-tested strength, balance & flexibility exercises will make you stronger, help you feel better & improve your balance minimizing the risk of falls. Wear comfortable clothing and you can bring light weights (or borrow from COA).
