Village Planning and Zoning

Through grant funding the SLPIC Village Planning and Zoning Team is working with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) on zoning with design guidelines to create an equitable transit oriented development (ETOD) that will allow for housing options and create a vibrant and active, walkable and sustainable village center.

SLPIC will hold a number of meetings to solicit feedback on the proposed zoning and guidelines. SLPIC anticipates bringing this to the 2020 ATM for approval.
