LEGAL NOTICE – VISIBILITY TEST

 CROWN CASTLE 

A visibility test will be conducted on Saturday March 11, 2017, between the hours of approximately 8AM to approximately 12 noon, at the location of a proposed 75’ tall monopole wireless communications tower at 295 Cambridge Turnpike, Lincoln, Massachusetts.  The proposed tower will replace an existing 55’ tall communications tower operated by Crown Castle at the same location.  The visibility test will involve flying a tethered red balloon at the proposed height of the tower, and is being conducted pursuant to Lincoln Zoning Bylaw Section 12.6.4(g) in connection with an application to the Lincoln Planning Board for approval of the replacement tower.  In the event of unfavorable weather, the balloon test will be conducted during the same hours on March 18, 2017.
