Dear Mill St. Neighbors:
I am writing to give you an update on the blasting operations.  
Now that Baystate has a feel for the ledge conditions onsite, their blasting schedule  is being revised.  Instead of daily blasting at specific times,  Baystate now anticipates blasting  only 2-3 days a week,  with  2 blasts per day between the hours of  8:00 AM and 4:00 PM .    
While this may be subject to change as things progress, Baystate’s  tentative schedule for the week of August 7 is to blast on Tuesday and Friday.
