New blue Transfer Station/Commuter Lot stickers are required effective September 1, 2024.  The stickers will be in effect for 2 years through August 31, 2026.  The sticker MUST BE affixed to the bottom left corner of the driver’s side windshield of each vehicle.

 Any Lincoln resident who wishes to obtain a Transfer Station/Commuter Lot sticker can do so by

completing the application online at https://epay.cityhallsystems.com/selection.   Please select “First Sticker” for sticker type.   Stickers will be issued through the mail upon receipt of the completed application.  Any resident who does not have a new blue sticker by September 1, 2024 may be refused access to the Transfer Station or Commuter Lot.
