Oriole Landing a 60-Unit Mixed Income Rental Project is currently under construction and will have fifteen units reserved for those earning a maximum of 80% of the Area Median Income. The application process/marketing for the lottery will hold an informational session on November 14, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the Tarbell Room at the Lincoln Public Library, 3 Bedford Road, Lincoln MA. Completed Applications are due by December 11, 2019 at 2:00 pm. The lottery will be held on January 9, 2020 at 6:00 pm in the Tarbell Room at the Lincoln Public Library, 3 Bedford Road.
